Medela Potentia Hosts a Media Gathering to Reveal its Strategic Role in the National Health Industry

On June 30, 2022, in the Menteng area of Central Jakarta, Medela Potentia hosted a Media Gathering as a gesture of gratitude and to foster positive relationships with other journalists. The Medela Potentia's strategic position in the national health business was discussed with dozens of print and online media journalists who attended.

Mr. Krestijanto Pandji, President Director of Medela Potentia, was on hand to serve as a resource and give Insights & Market Overview. Some other members of the Medela Potentia's board of directors and management were also present, including Mr. Stanley Ch Budihardja, Commissioner of Medela Potentia, Mr. Edbert Orotodan, President Director of Anugrah Argon Medica, Mrs. Juliwaty, and Mr. Stephen Febianto, Director of Anugrah Argon Medica.

The health sector in Indonesia offers a ton of promise, according to Mr. Krestijanto's presentation. With a sizable market, healthcare expenses per person are still rising.

The Indonesian Minister of Health also started a change in the health sector. The transformation of primary services, referral services, health resilience systems, health financing systems, human health resources, and health technology are the six categories of change he has identified as needing to be done.

The third pillar of the health system transformation initiative, namely the transformation of the resilient health system, notably the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, is strengthened by the end-to-end expertise held by the Medela Potentia and its subsidaries.

"More than 800 salesmen and 2,388 professionals support us. They oversee 6,000 SKUs to support 70,100 clients, including hospitals, clinics, and retail pharmacies," according to Mr. Krestijanto.

The pharmaceutical and medical device industries will have a bright future thanks to shifts in consumer behavior that prioritize health and governmental regulations that favor local products.

Mr. Krestijanto said, "With this media gathering, we hope that colleagues journalists may share good news and positive developments in the national health business and the advantages the community can feel."
