Argon Group's HRD team has successfully collaborated with seven universities in three provinces in Indonesia on February 2023.
Through the "Argon Goes to Campus" program, a good welcome was given by the entire academic community from Airlangga University, Surabaya University, Widya Mandala University (Surabaya); Sanata Dharma University, Duta Wacana Christian University, Gadjah Mada University (Yogyakarta), and Satya Wacana Christian University (Salatiga).
Argon Goes to Campus opens up opportunities for students to become candidates who can join the Supervisor Development Program (SDP). SDP is a Management Trainee program at Argon Group that will train and develops the best talent to become leaders in Argon's subsidiaries through the Fast Track route.
Candidates will receive in-class and job training with a well-designed program for four months. These young talents will be supervised by experienced practitioners from the Argon Group. Candidates who pass the SDP will then serve in four sections: Sales Supervisor, Head of Logistics Section, Head of Administration Section and Quality Supervisor.
