Argon Group, in collaboration with the South Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy Agency, participated in the Jakarta Jobfair event on May 30-31, 2023, at Plaza Semanggi, South Jakarta. The event was attended by over 4,000 Gen-Z individuals.
The HR team at Argon Group took advantage of this opportunity by opening career positions within the company. Argon Group has opened more than 20 positions across various business process lines for all companies within the Argon Group.

According to the National Socioeconomic Survey (Susenas) conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in March 2022, approximately 74.93 million individuals or 27.94 percent of Indonesia's population belong to Generation Z, encompassing those born between 1997 and 2012.
